Larry Kipp
After Vietnam, Larry Kipp worked as an ironworker, a stonemason and as a horse fence builder as he worked on his advanced degrees in agriculture and entomology. He graduated with a Ph.D in Entomology from the University of Kansas, and went on to become a research field biologist and university professor. Along the way he married, became a father and spent thirty-five years caring for his disabled wife while being senior editor for a scientific journal. Larry now resides in the mountains of North Carolina.
